  Staff is great, Melissa was very helpful with helping me with all th choices of granite they have. Timely install on kitchen an bath granite, they look wonderful! Would highly recommend!

  Nice selection but poor customer care and poor installation. Owner is nice person to deal with but he supports Company policy to get paid upfront and find excuse not to fix problems his employees or him did. Armina contract is only for Armina benefits to protect them but not the customer, read it before sign. Armina wanted me pay upfront in full but that is not end of story, their contract stated to pay no matter what after installation. After installation of granite I have to address all their mistakes for correcting and spend all my time to control it while they were fixing. First 6 problems took over one month to fix it: missed small return piece for backsplash, unpolished edges on backsplash , scratched cabinet after backsplash installation , silicone instead of epoxy on joints, mesh you can see on sides panels. Missed part on back splash almost cost me double. I asked installers if they have it but they said nothing, office couldn’t answer until owner will tell what to do, owner contacted me and requested to pay for it, I was confused because I paid already for everything. But one problem still remain unresolved, it took me 3 month talking and calling to them, meeting estimator refered by armina. Repair cost estimate was $500 but At last moment they found unqualified person for couple $ and ruined my cabinet completely, ruined my fresh paint on wall that I paid $50 per gallon and labor, paint granite backsplash. No more patient to deal with Armina. I spend over $10k for granite and now have to fix damage after them because they don’t want to loose money. That’s owner words.... wow Like I said granite selection is great but service I got is nothing but a trouble that drain time for no reasons.
